Since I became a mom, I've had many women ask me things like:
How did you plan your maternity leave?
How do you work and be with your baby?
How do you continuously adapt to all the changes and continue to grow and expand your business?
I've learned so much in the last few years and am finally ready to share it with you. That's why, in September 2024, we are starting the very first round of the Mom Biz Mastermind.
This is a supportive space where moms will be able to lift each other up and find common ground on all the challenges of running a business and doing mom things.
This mastermind is for the mom (or mom to be) who:
has started their biz or at least has a strong business concept they are ready to take action behind.
wants to scale their business but isn't sure exactly what needs to happen next.
knows that spending meaningful time with their babies without feeling burnout or distracted.
likes to plan and have a clear vision of what their reality will be before it comes to life.
is figuring out how to delegate properly in business and life but isn't sure what this looks like for them yet.
isn't willing to leave their business to the side, and instead wants to see meaningful growth while also enjoying this season of their life.
This mastermind is not for you if:
you aren't sure what your business concept is yet.
you are figuring out your offerings and audience.
want to be a solopreneur with no team.
What we will cover in the mastermind:
Business Systems and Processes: What backend systems do you want to have in place so that you can step away to nurse or take a nap? What tools and documentation need to be built here? Here we are going to be working with a Systems and Processes coach on how to start creating these areas of our business without getting confused and overwhelmed.
Team Building: Building a team is so much about becoming a leader and having a clear company culture. So how does this happen when you've been operating solo for years? I'm going to bring in an HR expert to walk you through this process and explain what it means for your business.
Mindset and Energetics: If you've been in business long enough you know you can have all the practical things in place but actually believing in what you are doing, even when you have a little human with you 247 can be a challenge. That's why it's important to align with our unique energies and fill our own cup. This goes beyond the self-care conversation, but instead is about making sure our mindset is right and we can embrace this season of life without sacrificing our business.
